Energy-efficient building refurbishment and expansion of assembly capacities. Zeulenroda Presstechnik is gearing up for the future.

Since the beginning of the year, work has been underway to make Zeulenroda Presstechnik more sustainable and flexible for the future. In addition to the renovation of the assembly hall roof with new insulation, skylights and a brighter color scheme, the latest hall lighting systems and a PV system have also been installed. The old plate conveyor belt for the hydraulic press assembly line from the VEB era has been removed and converted into 3 new press assembly pits. This has created a new area with capacity for the assembly of a further 3 to 5 presses. Work has also begun on renewing the hall façade with visually appealing insulating glazing.
