Our hydraulic presses
The hydraulic presses from Zeulenroda Presstechnik GmbH can be used for all classic forming processes as well as for straightening, embossing, calibrating and solid forming. They are often used specifically for small series and individual part production.
A very high degree of customisation is possible, as the open front and double-sided presses and the 4-column presses can be equipped with a wide range of accessories. For example, customised hydraulic thermoforming units and ejectors in the slide are possible for a wide range of applications.
The press frames have a solid welded steel construction and are characterised by their high rigidity and extremely long service life. Thanks to our in-house project planning, design and production through to assembly at Zeulenroda Presstechnik, we can exert a highly flexible influence on the entire course of the project and thus support you with your quality products in almost all markets.
Hydraulic open front press, type PYE
The hydraulic open front press type PYE enables a press force range of 250 kN to 2,500 kN. The standard version of this press also has the following features:
- Torsion-resistant welded steel construction
- Stress-relieved annealing
- Anti-rotation slide plate
- Space-saving and low-noise hydraulics attached to the head section of the machine
- Oil filter with electronic clogging indicator
- Master cylinder with integrated fast lift function
- Two-hand safety operation
- Customisable protective cladding for different applications
Hydraulic double-sided press, type PYZ
The hydraulic double-sided press type PYZ is manufactured as a welded steel construction. The slider is designed as a guided and anti-rotation slider plate as standard. In the special version, a box slider with 8-fold sliding guide can be selected. This press enables a pressing force range from 400 kN to 8,000 kN. The standard version of this type also has the following features:
- Torsion-resistant welded steel construction
- Stress-relieved annealing
- Rigid press frame
- T-slots to DIN 650 for table top and slider
- Anti-rotation slider plate or box slider with 8-fold slide or roller guide
- Space-saving and low-noise hydraulics attached to the head section of the machine (rucksack design)
- Oil filter with electronic clogging indicator
- Master cylinder with integrated fast lift function
- Two-hand safety operation
- Customisable protective cladding for different applications
The special version also includes the following additions:
- Clamping plate
- Oil cooler (air/oil cooler or water/oil cooler)
- Protection equipment
- Increased installation height
- Extended slide stroke
Hydraulic column press, type PYS
The hydraulic column press type PYS has a solid welded steel construction. The 4-column design ensures outstanding machine stability. This gives the operator good access to the tool from all sides. The press slide is guided by 4 hardened and lubricated columns. A pressing force range of 630 kN to 20,000 kN is possible here.
The standard version of this press also has the following features:
- Torsion-resistant welded steel construction
- Stress-relieved annealing
- 4 hardened, hard chrome-plated guide columns
- 2 T-slots parallel in the table and slider
- Press slide with maintenance-free 8-fold round guide
- Space-saving and low-noise hydraulics attached to the head section of the machine or designed as an adjacent unit
- Oil filter with electronic clogging indicator
- Master cylinder with integrated fast lift function
- Two-hand safety operation
The following accessories are also available:
